Additions to the cemetery of choice

Thanks to information I've gotten from the National Organization for [Some] Women, I've added four illegal abortion deaths to the Cemetery of Choice. These women are Clara Duvall, Ruth Friedl, Pauline Shirley, and Vivian Cambpell.
