I've put all 54 of my cases in one place. In the sidebar are the 8 unclassified abortion deaths (not enough evidence to conclude who did it), 34 illegal deaths done by non-physicians, and 172 deaths I've classified as "legal." (I counted a woman's death as a legal abortion death if she thought it was legal, regardless of what laws the facility was breaking and who performed the abortion.)
