There's the way the abortion lobby tried to use the death of Rosie Jiminez to push for restored federal funding for elective abortions, despite a CDC study that clearly showed that the funding cut reduced hospitalizations for botched abortions among Medicaid-eligible women. And it goes on and on and on.
