'King of Voiceovers' Don LaFontaine Dies at 68
Don LaFontaine, the man who popularized the now loved-catch phrase, "in a world where..." and lent his voice to thousands of movie previews, has died. He was 68.
The only information on why this beloved voice is stilled is given as "complications in the treatment of an ongoing illness".
We will miss you, Don.
