Three Equally Tragic Deaths: 1914, 1987, and 1994

On December 8, 1914, 13-year-old schoolgirl Ida Kaufman died in her Chicago home after an abortion performed by an unknown perpetrator. She had suffered uterine hemorrhage.

Myria McFadden, age 28, underwent a second-trimester abortion on December 7, 1987, in Washington, DC, performed by Dr. Hazel Tape. Myria had trouble breathing after the abortion. She suffered heart and lung failure and died the following day, December 8, at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, Maryland.

Magdalena Rodriguez, age 23, bled to death on December 8, 9994 from horrific injuries sustained during an abortion performed by Suresh Gandotra at his El Norte Clinica Medica in San Diego, CA. Gandotra's treatment of Magdalena was so appalling that he had to flee the US to avoid prosecution. There is still a warrant out for his arrest.
