According to New York death records, a 21-year-old waitress named Eileen Lowney Creitz died on October 10, 1939 at a Brooklyn hospital Her death was attributed to "septic endometritis, peritonitis & septicemia" from a criminal abortion.
Eileen has been born around 1918 to Edward and Anna Lowney. She left behind a husband, Herbert, and was buried at St. Charles Cemetery.
I've been unable to find any other information about Eileen.
