Just remember, kids like Adam are so scary that we as a society consider it acceptable to accidentally kill three genetically standard kids in order to weed out one like Adam. That makes him thirteen times scarier than a terrorist hell-bent on jihad.
Maybe I'm dense but I just don't see Adam as being as dangerous as, say, Osama bin Laden. But clearly we as a society think he is.

It isn't the Down's kids that are so scary. It's those with so much hatre that they have to kill the Down's kids. And they don't care who they hurt in the process.
