“Rhoda” has a memorial on the Blackmun Wall stating the information given by the New York State Department Of Health, Bureau of Biometrics.
Kevin Sherlock’s work in The Scarlet Survey later found a match and gave more specific information. Rhoda was 36, single and lived in Queens, NYC. She died on July 25, 1980.
