Does anybody know what became of Harvey Karman?

Harvey Karman, inventer of the Super Coil and the Karman Canula. Is he alive? Dead? Where is he and what's he up to? I've been trying to find out for ten years now. Wikipedia has his page up as a biography of a living person, probably because I have no date of death. It seems that Harvey, being a publicity hog, could hardly be upright and not be drawing attention to himself.

Interesting.

Has he repented? Or is he in there pining for the days he was young enough to stuff women full of model airplane parts?

Here's a link to an obituary for him. While it does mention the super-coil fiasco, the "memoriam" says that the experiment didn't overshadow his good parts, mostly creating the cannula to "help" women end their pregnancies earlier.
