Since there's no public mention of this 19-year-old Black woman's death, I'll give her the pseudonym "Imelda Laurence."
Imelda underwent an 8 week abortion then developed endomyometritis. She was hospitalized and finally died of streptococcus faecalis sepsis on November 20, 2003.
