Roundup: False bomb threat, defund PP, high abortion numbers "not meaningful"

  • Abortion Center Director Falsely Reporting Bomb Threat Gets 5 Years: "Linda Meek, the director of the Reproductive Services abortion center, pleaded guilty in October to charges of making false or misleading statements after telling police she supposedly found a bomb at the facility. Meek reported on August 13 that a bomb had been placed in a trash receptacle, but she told the court in October she purchased an egg timer and place that in a trash bin and called the local police to report a bomb scare. Officials took the threat seriously and the abortion center and a building adjacent to it were evacuated.

    What he fails to address is that Planned Parenthood uses our tax dollars to lie and to subvert the law. We should not be spending tax money on an organization that turns around and uses that tax money to undermine laws against sexual exploitation of minors. We should not be spending tax money on an organization that promotes ignorance and hostility to science.
